PADI Freediver
Perfect for beginners and recreational divers, PADI’s freediving program offers a straightforward, accessible introduction to breath-hold diving. With a focus on safety, comfort, and foundational skills, PADI Freediver courses are ideal for those who want to explore freediving casually or as an extension of their scuba diving experience.
Molchanovs Wave Courses
Molchanovs is the choice for those who want to dive deeper—literally and figuratively. Founded by world champion freedivers, Molchanovs offers a performance-based system designed for serious training, technique refinement, and progression. With access to weekly Base Training programs and a global community of athletes, Molchanovs is ideal for those who want to train consistently or eventually compete.

ADULT LEARN TO SWIM CLASSES
What You’ll Learn in a US Masters Adult Learn-to-Swim (ALTS) Class
Our ALTS program is designed to help adults feel confident and safe in the water. In each session, you’ll learn:
- Water Comfort & Safety – How to relax, float, and breathe without fear.
- Basic Skills – Submersion, gliding, and kicking techniques.
- Stroke Fundamentals – Intro to freestyle and backstroke for efficient movement.
- Breathing & Rhythm – Coordinating breath with strokes for endurance.
- Confidence Building – Skills to enjoy swimming for fitness or recreation.
How Many Sessions Will You Need?
Most adults benefit from 4–6 one-hour sessions to build a solid foundation. Progress depends on comfort level and goals—some may need fewer, others more for advanced skills.

POOL TRAINING AND COACHING
Already certified and want to continue developing as a freediver? We don’t need the ocean to develop as a freedivers.
Pool Training is fun! And one of the best ways to develop as a freediver. We offer pool sessions and coaching to help move your diving forward.
Coaching sessions and pool sessions for already certified divers are $50 per hour.
Under Water Works Inc
All in-shop activities are through Under Water Works Inc in Tigard OR
- Our courses require a freediving mask, fins and snorkel. Underwater works carries the gear for our courses and facilitates the pool time.
